West Des Moines, IA United States (2008 – present) Zach Torpy, 17 of central Iowa, is Torpeedoh. He has been playing with samples in Ableton Live for about three years now, releasing four albums along the way. Torpeedoh has played live in the 515 area code, and an appearance at last year’s 515 Alive festival. With a strong focus on production value and originality, Torpeedoh hopes to expand mashups beyond a pop-anthem where’s-waldo narrative.
